I know, I know...

…ANOTHER food blog?  The internet is crawling with them, even I have to admit.
The issue:  I can’t eat things from just any recipe.
Diagnosed with serious food sensitivities a few years ago, I found myself unable to eat egg yolks, tree nuts, yeast extract, dairy, any meat except poultry, gluten, fiber-intense fruits and veggies, processed sugars…. the list goes on and on.
I have not eaten out at a restaurant in over three years.
As you can imagine, I cook.  A lot.
This is a place where I plan to document my successes.  The internet is a fantastic place to communicate with people who have the same allergens as you.
